Cameos Galore In New Entourage Trailer

The latest trailer for the long awaited Entourage movie has been released and it’s pretty fantastic.  We’ve been waiting for this ever since the series ended and movie rumors began to swirl, and it’s great to see that it’s becoming a reality.  The usual crowd are back, and it looks like this time around the plot will involve Ari Gold presenting Vincent Chase with the role of a lifetime, but Vince declaring that he is on board, but only if he gets to direct.  We’ve seen this kind of situation before, where Vince is determined to do something his way and a desperate Ari and rationale E trying to convince him otherwise.  Either way, it’s sure to be dramatic and absolutely hilarious when you throw in the rest of the gang, including Turtle and Johnny Drama.

Entourage has always been known for it’s incredible list of cameos from A (and B) list celebrities, and this trailer is basically a who’s who of celebrities.  At least 20 famous faces show up by the looks of it, from the likes of UFC star Ronda Rousey (who may be a love interest for Turtle) to Billy Bob Thornton to football stars Russel Wilson and Gronk.  In many situations I’d worry that this was just going to be a film that has no substance, but just packs itself with famous faces to sell tickets, but Entourage has always found unique and hilarious ways to integrate these stars and I’m positive this will be no different.

What is also certain to be no different is that Jeremy Piven’s Ari Gold will be running around like a mad man, spouting some of the most hilarious, profane and ridiculous things imaginable.  Drama will be an idiot, who can’t catch a break (maybe he will this time?).  Turtle will be hunting the big score.  Looks like E and Sloan (the lovely Emmanuelle Chriqui) have a baby on the way, so E’s character is the only one likely to be slightly changed.

The official synopsis for the film looks like this:

“Movie star Vincent Chase (Grenier), together with his boys, Eric (Connolly), Turtle (Ferrara) and Johnny (Dillon), are back…and back in business with super agent-turned-studio head Ari Gold (Piven).  Some of their ambitions have changed, but the bond between them remains strong as they navigate the capricious and often cutthroat world of Hollywood.”

The legendary Entourage are played by Adrian Grenier, Kevin Connolly, Jerry Ferrara, Kevin Dillon and of course Jeremy Piven, but cast also includes series regulars played by Constance Zimmer, Debi Mazar, Alan Dale, Rex Lee,  Perrey Reeves and the beautiful Emmanuelle Chriqui.  That’s not even mentioning massive number of cameos, so we’ll just have to wait and see who all shows up!

Entourage will be released on June 5th.  Feel free to celebrate.
